OUR PROCESS
Exotic Stone's team of highly experienced professionals are fully committed to making your project as effortless for you as possible. From the designing of your project to the installation of your countertops, we are here to help you at every step. With decades of combined experience in Interior Design, Custom Fabrication and Installation, we are confident that we are the right fit for your project.
1. PROVIDE ROUGH MEASUREMENTS
Create a rough drawing and include the measurements of your project. This will give our team a starting point when quoting to calculate the material needs for your project.
Don't worry! These measurements are not going to be used when fabricating your countertops- We will have one of our highly skilled team members on site at your location to get accurate measurements.
Include your material choice when you give our team your measurements for your quote.

(250) 881 1001 and work with our experiences sales members to pick out the right material for your home.
Once you have all of the information, send it to sales@exoticstone.ca.
One of our Sales Representatives will email you back shortly with a quote.
Once you decide to go ahead with your project, one of our team members will reach out to you to schedule a template date.
We use the latest technology to template, measure and plan your project. This information is then used to create computer aided designs that are sent to our machines to ensure precise cutting.
After these measurements are made, our team will create drawings of your project and send them back to you for your approval.
4. FABRICATING
All fabrication is done in-house at our Quadra location. Our highly skilled team will take the template measurements to ensure precise cuts are made to the stone so that they can be installed into your space.
5. INSTALL
One of our install teams will review the project drawings for your home. They will arrive on location and carefully and efficiently install your countertops and turn your dream home into a reality!
